Franchise FAQ – Firangi Falooda

1. What are the different franchise models available?

We offer three franchise formats:

• MINI – Kiosk model (100–150 sq.ft)
• MORE – Compact dine-in / takeaway model (150–250 sq.ft)
• MAX – Dine-in dessert lounge (300–1000 sq.ft)

2. What does the investment include?

The investment covers:

• Kitchen equipment & machinery
• Franchisee fee
• POS software & billing tablet
• Staff uniforms and initial training
• Marketing Creatives for launch
• Menu boards, layout planning, Aggregator onboarding

3. What is not included in the investment?

• Shop interior & civil work
• Furniture & air-conditioning
• Rental advance/security deposit
• Anything that is not mentioned above.

4. What are the operational models currently available?

• FOFO – Franchise owned Franchise operated
• FOCO – Franchise owned Company operated
• FICO – Franchise invested Company operated (Limited areas only)

5. Do you help with store interiors?

Yes. We provide a layout plan and brand interior standards, references. Franchisee executes interiors at their cost as per brand guidelines.

6. Is training provided?

Absolutely. We provide initial training on recipes, store operations, hygiene, billing, and delivery protocols.

7. How long does it take to set up a store?

Typically, 20–30 days from the date of site finalization and payment clearance.

8. Do you help with staff recruitment?

We can connect you with a staffing agency. Franchisees can also recruit on their own. Training will be provided for all staff.

9. Is there ongoing support post-opening?

Yes. We assist with promotions, menu updates, audits, tech issues, and supply coordination.

10. Are third-party platforms like Zomato/Swiggy integrated?

Yes. We assist in onboarding your store on Zomato and Swiggy as part of our start-up support.

11. Do you offer exclusivity or territory rights?

Limited area exclusivity may be offered depending on the location and potential.

12. Do I have to pay royalty?

Yes, a monthly royalty fee of 5% on net sales is applicable for all franchise models.

13. Where do I order raw materials from?

All key ingredients (falooda cream, ice cream, mother sauces, packaging materials, etc.) must be ordered only through Firangi Falooda. Rest of the raw materials can be procured directly from the local vendors.
